Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us.

ORDERS

Our acceptance of your order will take place when you place the order in our website (www.mateskw.co).

The delivery will be carried out based on the desired date and time selected by you.

You shall be responsible for the accuracy of an order and for giving us any information access for
us to perform the contact.

You undertake that all details you provide to Mates Company for the purpose of ordering or
purchasing products are correct.
OUTSIDE KUWAIT CUSTOMERS

Outside Kuwait orders, the customer will be required to cover 15% VAT and any applicable custom charges.

Delivery to remote areas may take 8-12 business days. Additional charges may apply.

Ensure the provided contact number and address is accurate, including street name, house
number, building/apartment number, and any other necessary details for smooth delivery.

Please note that any details and/or specifications of the products produced by us are intended as a guide only to give a general approximation of products.

The actual color of products may vary from the color in the accompanying photograph depending on your monitor display.
RETURN POLICY

Product must be sealed & in its original packaging.

Approved returns are entitled to choose a replacement or refund option.

Opened, partially consumed products, not properly stored will not be accepted.

Incorrect product deliveries are eligible for a return or exchange.

Concerns must be communicated in 24 hours' time upon receiving the product. Delays in
addressing order issues will be considered as irrelevant.

customer service unit.
