Shipping Policy
Mates (Soulmate Sweets Company) delivers fresh products across Kuwait. Below are our standard shipping terms.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within Kuwait only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery cost
- Free delivery on orders of 30 KD or more, anywhere in Kuwait.
- Orders below 30 KD: standard delivery rates apply, calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Any applicable taxes are included in the product price.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Kuwait City, Hawalli, Salmiya, Jabriya, Mishref, Salwa: typically 1–2 business days
- Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Jahra: typically 2–3 business days
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our cut-off time. Final delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details by email or WhatsApp.
Storage during transit
Because our products are food items, we use insulated packaging where appropriate to preserve freshness. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition (e.g., melted, damaged), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery — see our Return & Refund Policy.
Failed delivery attempts
If our delivery partner cannot reach you, we will attempt redelivery once. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to our facility; any refund will follow the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at marketing@mateskwt.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll arrange a replacement or refund per our refund policy.
